I'm Michael Rebelo, Founder of Ever Forward Capital Partners. My journey into multifamily real estate began after watching my mother work incredibly hard while facing many of the same financial concerns millions of Americans experience today: inflation, retirement uncertainty, and the challenge of building long-term wealth.
That experience sparked an obsession with financial education, investing, and entrepreneurship. Rather than following the traditional college path, I immersed myself in real estate, attending events, learning from experienced operators, and building relationships across the industry. At 17, I founded Ever Forward Capital Partners with a mission to help everyday investors better understand multifamily real estate and alternative paths to financial freedom.
Today, I've helped oversee 216 apartment units, raised nearly $2 million in investor capital, and spoken on podcasts and stages across the United States.
The biggest investing lesson I've learned is that successful investing isn't about chasing the highest return. It's about protecting capital, understanding risk, and making disciplined decisions over time. If there's one thing I'd want to share with your audience, it's that wealth is built through education, patience, ownership, and consistency. The best investors focus less on getting rich quickly and more on making smart decisions that compound for decades.
