EP102: From Military Service to Teen Mental Health: Navigating Life's Adversities with Jamie Bateman

Hey friends! I'm back with a fun and informative chat I recently had with my buddy Aaron Hale on his podcast. Aaron is an incredible guy with a powerful story. He was injured overseas in an explosion years ago which left him blind and deaf. Despite that, he has an upbeat perspective and is kicking ass in life. In this candid convo, we dive into some real talk around getting unstuck when you face challenges, both situational and self-inflicted. We also chat about my family's own mental health struggles recently, especially with my teenage son. I get pretty vulnerable in sharing specifics of what we faced. The goal is that you walk away with actionable lessons on mindset, taking ownership, dealing with hardship, and focusing on what you can control. We all face adversity, but how you respond is everything. I think you'll get tons of value from our back and forth. Have a listen and let me know your main takeaways!

In this episode, you will be able to:
